REFLECTION Update

John Dewey once pointed out " education is not preparation of life, education is life itself" and that hit me directly. The more I learn l, the more I find myself wanting to know more. When I came here, I thought life would be easy because I will study something I love and I want, but instead, thing really got worse.

I found myself alone in a different country with different culture and different living conditions. In the beginning I was struggling to keep balance between my study and my adaptation to living here but with time and fighting, things got on track and I started enjoying my learning process.

In this term, I really learned a lot. One major thing I feel proud that I started using in education process is researching. With research, I knew how to collect plenty of data from which I can pick up whetever thing will help. Also, I learned and practiced other techniques like sketching and drawing. I learned how to use 3D too.

As far as my project is concerned, although I think that it was really difficult to deal with as it is a big project and requires much time and effort. I still remember every single learning step of making it. I was happy doing it. During this project, I could learn different architecture schools like green architecture that make ecology as its base and contemporary architecture with its computer-aided techniques or even modern architecture with its uses of classic art like sculpture and wood.

At the end, I want to say that I learn a lot. And I'm eager for the next learning chapter to use what I have learned in these terms.
